Sue believes deeply in the strength and resilience of the human spirit. Over the course of her career, she has supported people through relationship enhancement, life transitions, stress management, spiritual development, trauma resolution, parenting concerns, grief and loss, anxiety-related issues, sensory processing challenges, and learning and behavioral difficulties. She has witnessed countless individuals rediscover their sense of self, rebuild connection, and move toward peaceful and fulfilling lives.
Sue wants to begin with developing a healing relationship with those she works as she believes healing begins with trust. She prioritizes building warm, supportive relationships with every individual, child, couple, and family. Through
a unique blend of traditional counseling, energy psychology, and complementary health approaches focused on stress reduction, relaxation, and spiritual healing, Sue helps release emotional blocks, restore balance, and deepen self-awareness. Sue integrates mind–body techniques such as mindfulness strategies, meditation, tapping on specific acupressure points while focusing on emotional issues, allowing for gentle yet powerful shifts in well-being. Leading with compassion, Sue aims to provide personalized services — based on the needs of those involved, the
services are tailored — all designed to nurture resilience, connection, and emotional well-being so you
